Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and strive to provide dedicated, uninterrupted care during your appointment. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost booked.

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.

Late arrivals (10+ minutes) for telehealth visits are subject to cancellation and will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost booked.

Not all medical conditions can be safely treated via telehealth. If your condition requires in-person evaluation, diagnostic testing, or emergency care, you will be referred to an appropriate local provider or facility.
